How to Use Your Insurance for Your One-on-One Therapy Sessions

Our staff can help you with the simple process of submitting your health insurance claim from your treatment session to your insurance company. Most insurance companies will usually send reimbursement checks to you within 7 to 30 days. It is a good idea to call your insurance carrier first to clarify your coverage as it will be your responsibility to know your benefits and to bill. You will be able to use your health insurance according to the benefit package you have with your individual insurance company. The insurance company can then reimburse you directly according to your coverage and their guidelines.


Following your treatment with Joseph Keeney, PT, you will be provided with an itemized receipt with the codes necessary so that you can submit the claim to your insurance company. New patient evaluations will be charged at $145.00 and subsequent one-hour treatments at $130.00.


At this time, our Clinic is unable to bill Medicare or your Medicare supplemental insurance plan. You will be unable to be reimbursed by Medicare or your Medicare supplemental insurance plan for treatment. We are a fee for service clinic and payment is collected at each session.
